   Being truthful we were both a little skeptical that our 5 month old son would go from being fed or rocked to sleep his whole life to being able to self settle in 2 weeks! But with Nina’s guidance and support we have been able to comfort him through the change. We have gone from multiple night wakes, 5am wake ups, feeding/rocking him to sleep, 30 minute cat naps, only having him nap via contact naps or the buggy to…. him sleeping 7pm-7am, multiple naps in the cot (some lasting almost 2 hours!) and he can put himself to sleep in 10-15 mins max without our help! But the biggest change is that me, my husband and my son are all so much happier and calmer. Me and my husband have gained some precious time back, more than I now know what to do with! And most importantly my son is happier, more content and has learnt a vital life skill. Thankyou so much Nina! I cannot recommend you and your services enough!    We are so glad we found Nina!

Our little one was cosleeping each night and having contact naps. He was so difficult to get to sleep.

Within a few weeks of Nina’s support he is now sleeping in his own room and cot, falling asleep independently.

Nina has been so kind and supportive during our sleep plan. The plan it’s self was very gentle and gradual for our little one and not at all unpleasant for either of us

I would 100% recommend Nina to support with any sleep concerns. It really is worth it! It’s lovely to have our evenings back and now our bedroom!

   I was very skeptical about the impact that a sleep coach could have on our 6 month old baby as I always thought he just didn't really sleep. Nina gave us the practical information and advice we needed to get back to those long overnight stretches (from waking every 30 mins to 1 hour overnight). We are all much happier now and a bit more rested! Nina was there every step of the way across a 3 week programme, always helping us with our many questions.    Nina has been nothing short of amazing! We went from co sleeping with little man during the night and every nap to sleeping in the cot for all sleep times! Little man can now self soothe all by himself, thanks to the confidence and advice provided by Nina. Nina is honestly so patient, knowledgeable and so kind!!!!    Nina has changed my life!

3 weeks ago, I was mentally struggling, I was horrifically tired & Could not take anymore. My Son is 7.5months old.

I was recommended to contact Nina, but I was very wary, Purely because my Son was so bad with his sleep and seemed really unhappy, a lot of the time. I thought there was no one who could help.

In the end I took the plunge and contacted her. Nina asked my goals and I explained I would be happy to cut down to 2 or 3 night feeds, Stop co sleeping & Achieve less night wakes. In my head, it was a dream to have a baby who would “sleep through” but I wanted to keep realistic. This wouldn’t be me, but hopefully she could help in some way!

I worked really hard and followed every step Nina advised and fast forward to 3 weeks, Nina corrected problems/bad habits we had taught ourselves! She guided me and we text several times a day, If i made a mistake she would advise what to do next in hope to correct routine. I found it interesting and reassuring that if I made a mistake ie, Left a wake window too long, What she said might happen (more night wakes/earlier rise) this really did happen, So i was reassured she definitely knew her stuff!

Nina is kind with her approach, But also straight. Which I really appreciated.

I thought my baby was unhappy - He was actually, just overtired! I did not realise how much sleep a baby truely NEEDS (he is my first)

Nina wiped our “routine” clean, Put in place a new sleep plan & Within 2.5 weeks she got my Son sleeping through a 12 hour sleep, in his OWN ROOM!!!! I still cannot believe it.

I would recommend Nina to ANYONE and her business is worth, every penny. I would never hesitate to use Nina again and I am pleased to say, I have gained a ‘long distance Mum friend’ too!

   From the initial communication we instantly knew that Nina was the right person to support us. She had the right balance between empathy and guidance. Throughout the time, Nina asked for regular updates so that we could adapt what we were doing. I am pleased to say that our child has slept through the night for the first time in 9 years.    If you are having any issues at all with your little one’s sleep, I would definitely recommend contacting Nina. Nina is so knowledgeable and supportive and has helped us to completely transform our daughter’s sleep in a matter of weeks. Our little girl now has a good routine and sleeps in her own cot through the night, which is a huge change from a few weeks ago when she would only sleep in our bed and her naps were all over the place. Nina put together a bespoke and easy to follow plan. The approach was gentle, which was something that was super important to us. Nina was there every step of the way to offer us guidance and reassurance when there were bumps in the road.    I highly  recommend Nina at Sleepy Bambino’s. She has helped me sort out my little ones sleep big time! Before, when was giving my daughter the wrong wake windows and too short naps which led to frequent night wakings and split nights. My daughter also would rarely nap in her cot and she wouldn’t fall asleep independently. I can now put my baby in her cot, say goodnight and give her a kiss, walk out and within 3-10 mins she is asleep. Me and my daughter are so much happier now!!
The night before working with Nina, my daughter woke a whopping 6 times! 2 nights after getting help, she woke once!
