My Story
Hi, I'm Nina, and I'm delighted to have you here.
Let me share a bit about myself and my approach.
I’m a first-time mum to an adorable baby boy, and I share my home with one gorgeous wire-haired dachshund and my loving husband. From the very moment I became a mum, I found myself in the same shoes as many of you are now – tired, often feeling alone, and uncertain about what steps to take next.
My passion for helping children began at a young age and was reinforced during my university degree in Early Childhood Studies as well as my previous roles as a toddler room leader and deputy manager in a nursery. This experience is where my love for stimulating activities comes from, which you may have seen on my Instagram page. I not only want to help you get rid of those eye bags but also show you how easy stimulating play can be with little money and little time – giving you important minutes to just pause.
After welcoming my son, I faced my fair share of sleep struggles, both during the day and night. Everyone around me seemed to have babies “sleeping through the night” or enjoying “5-hour stretches.” Meanwhile, my baby had a different agenda, often waking up every 1-2 hours! I was desperate for help, so I began researching and delving deep into the world of sleep.
I discovered my love for understanding sleep and all that it involves.
During this time, I decided to become a certified sleep consultant. My mission is clear: to help all of you get to a better, more rested place because no one – and I mean no one – understands tired as we do after having a baby.
I fully understand that every child is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I’m committed to getting to know you all as a family. It involves understanding your family values, your child’s temperament, and most importantly, what your sleep goals are. Your journey to better sleep is as unique as your child’s, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
